Privacy

The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell anything.

What this site collects

  • Feedback you send through the Feedback control: the type, your message, and — only if you choose to leave one — your email address.
  • Partnership inquiries you send from the Partnership page: your name, your organisation, your email address, the kind of partnership you have in mind, and your message.
  • If you join the community list: your name, email address, where you're based, what you do, how you'd describe your AI experience, and — only if you add them — your interests and WeChat ID; whether you'd like our email; and which language of the site you joined from.
  • To keep spam out, the site briefly keeps an anonymised technical counter based on a shortened one-way hash of a connection's network address. It can't be turned back into who you are, and it isn't attached to your feedback or your inquiry.
  • One functional cookie, only if you join the list: it remembers that this browser has joined, for a year, so the community resources open without filling the form again. It holds no personal data and isn't used to track you. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party cookies on the public site.

What we use it for

We read feedback to improve the site and the community, partnership inquiries to reply to the organisation that sent them, and the community list to plan sessions around who is actually in the community and — if you asked for it — to email you about new resources and events. That's the only use. Your details are never sold or shared.

Where it lives

Submissions — feedback, partnership inquiries, and the community list — are stored on Google Firebase infrastructure and are readable only by MAP's co-creator team.

Editor sign-in (for the team's admin area) uses Google accounts and isn't available to visitors.

The newsletter

The site doesn't collect newsletter emails yet. When the newsletter launches, addresses will be held by our newsletter provider, and this page will be updated first.

Removing your data

Want a feedback message, a partnership inquiry, or your community-list entry deleted? Tell us through the Feedback control — mention the email you used — and we'll remove it.

Last updated 22 August 2026. As the site gains features, this page changes with them.
